This young investor is building a real estate empire in just a few years

Host Brian O’Neill interviews Jeffrey Donis, a real estate investor and syndicator who began his investment journey with his two brothers while in college. Presently, they have partnered on more than 1,000 apartment units in target markets like Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina.

Jeffrey shared their journey which began with discovering wholesaling and eventually led them to apartment syndication. They invested in courses and joined a mastermind group to gain knowledge and network with other sponsors. Jeffrey emphasized the importance of education, taking action, and surrounding oneself with experienced people to succeed in the industry. He also cautioned against bad advice and misleading media about investments and encouraged listeners to take control of their money and invest intelligently.

Brian is the principal owner of Passive Capital Partners - an apartment investment private equity company. Brian holds a degree in construction management from Cal Poly and has been a successful entrepreneur for the past 16 years. He started his first company in the construction industry right out of college, running it successfully for 16 years. During that period, he started two others companies in the hospitality industry. After 16 years as an entrepreneur, he sold and exited all 3 successful businesses and transitioned to the apartment investing real estate world. He now wants to share the knowledge he's acquired being an entrepreneur as well as how he limits taxes and invests the earnings from his business successes outside of the stock market and into tax advantaged hard assets investments.
