Welcome to my podcast. I’m your host, Brian O’Neill, a successful entrepreneur who has created and run multiple companies and made them thrive. On this podcast, I’ll be sharing my insights and strategies on how I maximize and amplify the money I'm making so that it works harder for me, rather than me working hard for it.

See, as business owners we reinvest most of our earnings into our companies for years in order to make them grow while many times not planning for an exit or retirement. The business thrives and produces great income but then we feel handcuffed to our businesses because they're our only source of income and our largest investment.

This podcast will cover a rang of topics specific to business owners on how we can use that excess business income to diversify our income sources, reduce taxes, and plan for retirement. But we won't be investing in the stock market or with a financial advisor. That's the rich trap. We want to grow wealth.

I have learned a lot about making money work for me by attending in-person events, masterminds, seminars, podcasts, and from books. But I've learned the most from other wealthy business owners and entrepreneurs that have figured it out before me and shared their knowledge. So, I've created this podcast to bring on successful entrepreneurs, tax strategists, investors, and other experts to share the insights and advice they've learned.

Together, we’ll be exploring how you can create a tax strategy to legally pay nearly zero income tax, build multiple sources of passive income, invest in tax-advantaged assets and opportunities, and hedge against inflation.

Brian holds a degree in construction management from Cal Poly and has been a successful entrepreneur for the past 16 years. He started his first company in the construction industry right out of college, running it successfully for 16 years. During that period, he started two others companies in the hospitality industry. After 16 years as an entrepreneur, he sold and exited all 3 successful businesses and transitioned to the apartment investing real estate world. He now wants to share the knowledge he's acquired being an entrepreneur as well as how he limits taxes and invests the earnings from his business successes outside of the stock market and into tax advantaged hard assets investments.
