Making Money In Real Estate: Different Types Of Investments

In this podcast, Vikram Jangam shares his journey from being a programmer in India to becoming the founder and CEO of Sriven Systems, an IT staffing and services company. He talks about how he started the company in 1999 after realizing the need for better treatment of employees in the industry. Despite facing challenges, including the impact of September 11 on his business, Vikram and his wife persevered and built a successful company with hundreds of employees. Over the years, Sriven Systems has grown to employ hundreds of people and has worked with clients such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and State Farm Insurance. In addition to his work in IT staffing, he also discusses his foray into real estate and his passion for land development. He has diversified his business interests into real estate, including commercial buildings, retail centers, and land for future development.
